AFTER YOUR ORDER

We process your order within 24 hours on weekdays. Customer service phone hours are Mon-Tue-Thu-Fri 09:00-14:00. Once the order is processed, the delivery time is 2-5 working days, and the package is trackable. You can easily track your shipment by clicking on the link in your delivery confirmation. We ship with DHL to your nearest service point, and internationally we ship with UPS.

When the package arrives, you will receive a notification to the phone number or email address you provided at checkout.

RETURNS

You can return a product within 14 days after receiving your package. Any gifts/giveaways must also be returned for your return to be approved. Gifts/giveaways cannot be exchanged!

If you wish to make a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to: sales@sagensweden.com with your order number and the reason why you want to make a return.

2. Mail the return to:

Sägen AB (NOTE! It's important to include AB, otherwise there may be issues with delivery)

Include the order number, your name, and the product name for any exchange in the package. You are responsible for the cost of your return. The products being returned must be in original condition, unopened packaging, and unused. The customer is responsible for ensuring the product reaches Sägen AB, so please save any tracking numbers.

If the customer has received the wrong item, Sägen AB will cover all return costs.

3. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund within 14 days. We always assess the returned goods - if the product is damaged, scratched, used, or delayed, it will affect the refund.

GIFTCARDS

We do not offer exchanges or open purchases for gift cards.

DISCOUNTS

No discount codes can be combined with each other. Codes are not valid on 'Special Price items' or jewelry from our Archives category that are already discounted.

DO YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Please return the products you do not wish to keep and follow steps 1-3 under the heading RETURNS, then place a new order for what you desire.

WARRANTY

All our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty. If you have an older silver piece from us that you need help repairing, we can recommend our skilled partner. Please send an email to sales@sagensweden.com, and we will assist you further.

FILE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A PRODUCT

If your jewelry is defective in any way or damaged, it's important that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to file a complaint about a product, please contact sales@sagensweden.com.
